1. This is a video that was created for 81Neutronz for his track Wavebeam off of his current release Orion EP. I created the video using particle systems found in After Effects. I worked with the concept of the artists name and created all of the animations with the conceptual idea of exploring form on a subatomic level.

  5. Part 4 of 4 - (The Preparation and the final Burning of the Breaking Wave project and post Burn reflections)

This documentary follows the creation of the "Breaking Wave" an Art sculpture erected in the Black Rock Desert, at last years Burning Man Festival (2012) .

Shot over 4 weeks from scavenging the materials from coastal beaches of British Columbia Canada to construction in the harsh desert environment of the Black Rock Alkalai Desert in Nevada, the film follows the exploits, efforts and misadventures of the team who constructed this sculpture made completely out of abandoned Tsunami and construction debris wood gathered from beaches all the way down the Pacific Coast, from British Columbia to California.

As a filmmaker I wanted to showcase the artists as much as the art and while it takes place AT Burning Man I wanted to keep focus on the creative process for this project alone (there are 1001 other films about the festival)

Filmed on location with a DSLR and a GoPro and cut with a music cataloge from the VIMEO MUSIC STORE in addition to the Amazing Surf Soundtrack provided by the Los Caminos Shot Edited and Produced by Ryan McCann documonkey.tv. Check out the project or contact the creators at breakingwave.ca/
