A quick drive down to Canvey Island to test some video footage with two vintage Helios lenses on my Canon T5i / 700D. I didn't bother with the tripod this time, so the footage is shaky but think it adds to overall effect. :o)
Shot in 720 at 50fps (dropped down to 25fps in post prod) with varying shutter speeds. Edited and colour corrected in Adobe Premier CS6 with slow mo done using Twixtor.
Further edited in Adobe After Effects CS6 to add the film burn / lens flare effect, grain and ever so slight blur.
Sound track called 'Traveller's Dream': http://audiojungle.net/item/traveller...
First attempt using a slide track together with my much loved Canon 550D aka T2i. The footage was taken during a family holiday at Osea Island, Maldon, Essex in October 2011. You can find out more about the island at http://www.oseaisland.co.uk.
Edited and colour corrected in Adobe Premier CS5.
Lens: Canon 50mm, Canon 60mm
Sound Track: 'Cold out there' by one of my favorite musicians Jon Hopkins.
