    À l'aube des restes industriels portant sur l'imaginaire ferroviaire de la Ville de Montréal. L'oeuvre de Laurence Grandbois Bernard a été réalisée dans le cadre de la maîtrise en média expérimental à l'UQÀM.

    La projection d'une durée de 15 minutes fût présentée le 17 mai au Parc des Crépuscules face à l'entrepôt Van Horne, Mile End.

    Démarche :
    À l'aube des restes industriels consiste en la présentation publique d'un projet de fin d'étude entrepris dans le cadre de la maîtrise en média expérimental à l'Université du Québec À Montréal.

    La projection prend pour objet la façade ouest de l'entrepôt Van Horne situé dans le quartier du Mile End à Montréal. L'oeuvre audio-visuelle porte sur l'histoire et l'imaginaire ferroviaire de la Ville de Montréal. Elle associe des captations d'archives et des captations récentes. En collaboration avec le sculpteur Glen Le Mesurier, un éclairage interactif illuminera les sculptures métalliques situées dans le Parc des Crépuscules, espace de visionnement.

    Ce projet souhaite mettre de l'avant la valeur historique de l'entrepôt Van Horne et offrir aux citoyens une expérience singulière des traces qui font la mémoire des lieux ferroviaires de la Ville de Montréal.
