Well, finally i can show a little something that proves the concept I have been talking about for all this time.
Chronochromia is a home-grown software that allows real-time control of any kind of visual element (here digital bamboos), with any kind of device: on this video a wiimote+nunchuk, a potent midi controller, and a quite simple sound analyzer.
Coming up : other wii-dgets, kinect, wacom tablet.
This all happens LIVE at full HD (1080), and between 30 to 60 fps (capped).
I hope this video shows some of the potential of Chronochromia, especially regarding live performances, considering it's only my 3rd test with this brand new framework, still smoking from a night of code writing.
Next video will be less crappy : ie. grabbed from the computer instead of crudely filmed.
