2012 Harvest and Crush for Blanc du Bois - John Dale Vineyard in Brenham, TX. After a rainy winter and healthy spring flowering, everything proceeded in fine fashion, with Harvest on July 6 -- about a week earlier than in 2011. The fruit came in healthy, plump, ripe and with plenty of juice, handled with care. We use this Old School Crusher once a year for this grape. Our Official Taster, at the end of the video, is clearly pleased with the results!
