1. Molly Daniels, MS, CGC, genetic counselor at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, prepared these slides along with Dr. Catherine Stolle from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Stolle was unable to come, but two other genetics professionals joined the Q&A:

    Marie Luise Bisgaard, Ph.D., geneticist from Denmark who coordinates care for all people with VHL in Denmark.

  2. Three experts share their thoughts with us about supporting our young people with VHL. Dr. Adiaha Franklin of Texas Children's Hospital, is a developmental and behavioral psychologist who works with children with a number of chronic life-long conditions and gives us models from other conditions. Arial Reinish founded our Facebook group, Raising Awareness of VHL, and was its primary monitor for five years. The group now has more than 2500 members. Ronald Westerlaken is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dutch VHL Support Group, where he has helped to develop an active group of young people.
