Thank you from RAM Racing for another great year! It was wonderful to see everyone out there for a fantastic half marathon and 5K. The 2010 North Shore Half Marathon and 5K route had more straight-aways on wider streets then ever before. It made for a faster more enjoyable race for all runners. Course highlights included the scenic views of Lake Michigan as athletes made their way through the picturesque streets of Highland Park. The course wss relatively flat with the exception of the infamous Park Avenue Hill. From there the route wound through historic Fort Sheridan and under the clock tower.
After that, it was a short jaunt over to the finish line where water, energy drinks and a BBQ awaited all participants.
Join us March 31st, 2012 in Ireland for the Giant's Causeway Crossing, the first race in an extraordinary international race series.
Race along the world famous Antrim Coast. This will be a series of non-stop 100k and 50k races in some stunning locations for anyone who can run or walk to the finish line. The format welcomes individuals or teams. You have to check it out and then you have to make a plan, train hard and make it happen!
The race routes in the series get progressively more remote and challenging. These however are not just remote race venues. Our routes offer a great excuse to to visit areas so unique that they've been singled out by the United Nations and designated as World Heritage sites. This prestigious title has only been given to a select group of locations across the world.
Many of these places are widely known for their otherworldly beauty and mystery but the rugged and scenic trail selected by our experienced race staff is going to be the main feature of each event.
