I made this back '03-04 and submitted it to the Dance on Camera Festival in NY. It was deemed "too experimental" and wasn't shown. In 2008 the Chamecki Lerner Dance company would use the same trick in a film called "Flying Lesson" and it won the Jury Prize for the Dance on Camera Festival. I'm not stating that one is better than the other however I am curious as to why their film was accepted and mine was not.
