    Athletes will have 1 bar, 1 set of weights, and 1 Concept2 Rower. In 10 min each athlete will find their 1 rep max Squat Snatch and team total meters on the rower. Snatch can be squat or power plus overhead squat.
    *This event will be scored as 2 separate events.

    WOD 2

    3 Rounds:

    Front Squat (girls) Thruster (boys)
    Box Jump
    Deadlift (girls) Power Clean (boys)

    1 min per station. Either athlete can start workout but they will then leap frog each other for entire workout. NO REST between rounds. Score is total team reps.

    Masters and Scaled weights and movements:
    Pullup is chin over bar. Athletes may assist their partner during pullups.
    Front Squat and Thruster are 65#
    Box Jump is 20"
    Deadlift and Power Clean are 95#

    RX weights and movments:
    Pullup is girls chin over and boys chest to bar
    Front Squat and Thruster are 95#
    Box Jump is 24"
    Deadlift and Power Clean are 135#
