My woodstraped mendel (3D printer) printing a part for another 3D printer...
The total print time of 1 hour is timelapsed to 3.5 minutes. You can see the white part in the middle of the printer which is growing layer by layer during the print. At the end, the printer has finished and one can remove the part from the print bed. It has been printed with white PLA plastics. The part itself is a power supply unit mount for my second 3D printer.

This is a the first run (winding) of my home made 3D printed filament winding machine. I already did some improvements (e.g. changed the firmware to support acceleration and look-ahead).

This is another video which shows my filament winding machine. This version runs a modified Marlin firmware. The gcode has been generated by a self-written script. In this video a squared tube is wounded, however, the gcode generator was written for rounded tubes, thats why the layering is not optimal. The turning zone of around 65mm on each side will be also optimized in future version. The tube has a planned length of 500mm, the total length is around 630mm because of the turning zones on each side. The winding angle is 25 degree.
