1. It's November 2013 and the first ever mural made in March 2012 for the King's Land project is - amazingly - still standing. That's quite a feat for a paste-up. In the English weather!

  3. Episode 5.

Nearing the end of his marathon mural project The King's Land, artist Nazir Tanbouli reflects upon the function of the artist in modern society.

Mural artist Nazir took on a self-generated project to cover a whole East London housing estate with his drawings. In early 2012 this seemed like a nice summer project. But summer never arrived. In a year that broke all known records for constant rain, the occasional dry day has been a miracle. In this clip from the forthcoming documentary film THE KING'S LAND, Naz makes his final murals.
