For my first exercise breakdown video, I’ll show you the Heel Slide exercise from Segment 1 of the DVD. This is a very important foundation exercise for the entire Pilates for New Mothers program as it helps women establish the ability to engage and use their abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, while learning the importance of stabilization and hip mobility.
