As part of this integral team, we have resources and specialists to help and assist you in selecting customized finishes for your home. In addition, during the concept and/or drawing phases, we can provide constructability reviews and value engineering analysis to help lower construction costs and streamline the building process.

Management and Communication - We promise to keep you informed of everything you need and want to know. We will provide you with Owner Input Schedules so you can know when decisions need to be made in advance. We schedule regular project meetings on site to discuss progress and schedules using effective tools, like Microsoft Project Scheduling, to plan and monitor all the building steps. We invoice after work completion, usually on a monthly basis, and document any Change Orders with clear and fair supporting documentation. We also realize that living next door to a construction site can be challenging so we will work towards minimizing the impact for your neighbors by working only during city allowed hours, by providing temporary fencing, and maintaining a clean jobsite.
