By day, H. Ralph Vartan is the well-known CEO of Susquehanna Township-based commercial development firm Vartan Group Inc. But away from the construction site and the office, Vartan is passionate about classical music and playing the piano. He grew up playing and went to conservatory before taking over the family business in 2004.
Seven years ago, Kim and Jesse Hill purchased the Mann building in downtown Lebanon. It was the Lancaster couple’s first venture into commercial real estate.
In December 2011, the Hills opened Cowork Vibe, a shared workspace on the fifth floor of the historic property at 815 Cumberland St. The coworking concept is designed to provide professional, affordable office space and a supportive atmosphere for freelancers, startups, small businesses and nonprofits.
