1. Seven years ago, Kim and Jesse Hill purchased the Mann building in downtown Lebanon. It was the Lancaster couple’s first venture into commercial real estate.

    In December 2011, the Hills opened Cowork Vibe, a shared workspace on the fifth floor of the historic property at 815 Cumberland St. The coworking concept is designed to provide professional, affordable office space and a supportive atmosphere for freelancers, startups, small businesses and nonprofits.
