Well so do we... Join KP and me in our first master class on how to cook Picanha properly.
Picanha (Pick-arn-ya) is a Brazilian cut of beef from the rump, or top sirloin cap. The cut has large amounts of fat left on it, which renders down in the flames of the Chiminea to take you directly to flavour town. Yum!
The lovely Kieron Prenter, from Sydney's premier Mexican joint, Mexicano - North Narrabeen, steps you through the in's and out's of preparing and cooking this little beast. Learn from the best then show off to the rest.
Ever wondered what’s essential for illustration? A Drawing Arm — of course!
The launch party brought together a select list of industry peeps to share a historic social and networking event. A plethora of new works from The Drawing Arm illustrators adorned the gallery walls. The iconic special guest speaker, Reg Mombassa, kept the crowd entertained and amused by sharing anecdotal recollections of his eccentric works. Hendrick's Gin kept every one well lubricated, while Artline kept everyone’s creative flair on point. DJ Shadow Boxer rinsed it out while the crowd enjoyed the night. Kudos to all involved.
The Drawing Arm is an illustration agency representing a collective of hand-picked, top-notch, super-impressive contemporary artists and illustrators from Australia and beyond.
We are a ‘subsidiary limb’ of The National Grid :: Design Distillery, a Sydney-based design agency — experts in delivering outstanding creative solutions on time, on budget and right on brief.
Our illustrators aren’t new to commercial work. Previous clients include Apple, Intel, Panasonic, Telstra, Westpac, Samsung, LG, Sakkara Property Development, Colliers International, Red Bull, Tracks magazine, Harpers Bazaar magazine, Yen magazine, Triple J, Sydney Theatre Company, Holden, Yamaha, Hyundai, Fuel TV, Sportsgirl, Kookai, Kim Kardashian and a multitude of fashion labels, musicians, festivals, record companies and more.

He generously did this permanent act of art, as a birthday present of sorts. based out of the DY tattoo studio Caspian is an all round trouble maker, and great role model. He is also a talented artist who has mad skills on may medias. Tight lines buddy...
