31 Days for the Kingdom is a devotional focused on preparing you for impact in your community, your nation and your world. The book covers a range of topics over the thirty one days, asking questions to allow the reader to go deeper and guiding the worshiper in prayer for some part of the world each day.
Over the course of the month all of the nations of the world will be covered in prayer. Each day also includes a section for notes to record reflections about each chapter.

31 Days for the Kingdom is the perfect companion for taking a month to focus on kingdom growth.

So, What Are You Afraid Of?

We all deal with fear in some form. How are you coping with it?

How can getting a better grip on God's love for you help you in not being crippled by fear?

For me personally, fear hinders me when it comes to what is happening with my children and grandchildren. It's one thing to trust God with my life, but apparently it's a whole level deeper to trust him with theirs.

Please don't think that just because I wrote this chapter and speak as if I've got it wired, that I am anywhere close to trusting God beyond fear. It's a daily commitment!

The opportunity for the greatest impact in someone's life comes when your willingness to sacrifice for them rises above your desire to protect yourself!

This one is hard for me, personally. I find myself to be a selfish person guarding my personal time and energy. One one hand that seems okay but it limits the impact I can have in the lives of others and that is what I feel God wants from me at this stage of my life. Seeking balance is the key.

Facing Down Giants.

We know we are in a battle and I think we also are aware that the enemy is bigger and stronger than we are. To win the day we need to be prepared spiritually, emotionally and physically.

This lesson is about preparation and it is the driving passion of my current phase of life. I believe God wants me to help his people prepare to impact their community and beyond for the Kingdom.

That is the reason why the group I lead, the mobilization department of One Challenge, is called "Prepare for Impact!"

In all of what we are about, however, I need to remember that this lesson is not just from me, but for me.
