December 11, 2013 Update: During the making of the film, Judy and Sophie’s Story, we fell in love with the indefatigable Judy Zappia, her adoring husband, George Imbrie, and her helper monkey, Sophie. Judy and George battled long and hard with Judy’s Multiple Sclerosis and they gave us their story “straight up.” Judy died earlier this month. We will miss her.
Judy met George while on a sailing trip in the Caribbean. They fell in love, married, and began an active life in Vermont. From the moment Judy discovered she had progressive multiple sclerosis, life for the couple began to change in ways they could have never predicted. By the summer of 2011, Judy had long lost her ability to walk and most of the motion in her upper body. George had become a full time caregiver. This is the story of how Sophie, a capuchin monkey, came to change both of their lives.

Peak Condition is an interview-style short film about a delusional slice of toast and a naive but well-meaning raccoon. The maladjusted pair inhabit a universe in which Toast's unusual ideas about reality reign supreme.

Early 2012, HEYHEYHEY had some time to spare and they felt the need to challenge themselves once again, so they set out to build another one of their chain reaction machines called Melvin.
Conveniently built in two old suitcases, Melvin the Mini Machine is a Rube Goldberg machine specifically designed to travel the world. Each time Melvin fully completes a run, he ‘signs’ a postcard and sticks a stamp to it - making it ready to be sent.
Like its bigger brother, Melvin the Mini Machine also has an online non-physical side which he uses to connect to the people he meets. To keep things truly mobile Melvin uses a smartphone for his online identity.
