For my "Grow It" project I decided to build Steve and Dawn a vertical garden in their backyard. The reason I choose to build a gutter garden is because I had great success with mine last summer and because it is easy to assemble.

Step 1. Went to Home Depot and bought three 10ft long rain gutters and large bag of potting soil.
Step 2. Painted three 8ft long board in which the gutters would be mounted too.
Step 3. Drilled 3 holes in a diamond formation every 6 inches so the water could drain.
Step 4. Attached the gutters to the 8ft long boards I painted
Step 5. Since the gutter garden doesn't weigh much I was able to mount to gutters to the fence using twine.
Step 6. Add potting soil and seeds then continue to water throughout the season and watch it grow. (not shown in the video)

This was my first attempt at creating a time lapse video and too my surprise it took me roughly 5,000 photos to create.

There will be more videos like this to come, so if you liked this video I would encourage you to subscribe to my channel.
