'Danco-Te' - Five artist non-dancers perform a sequence of traditional Brazilian rhythms including samba, roda, baiao, xaxado, afoxe, frevo and samba-reggae revealing their unique interpretation of the choreographed movements.

Biography: Bia Gayotto is a Los Angeles-based artist and educator whose interdisciplinary approach combines elements of performance, documentation, and ethnography, and involves a profound engagement with collaboration and chance operations. Gayotto earned an MFA from UCLA in 1996 and is the recipient of the 2008/09 Individual Artist Grant from the City of Los Angeles (C.O.L.A.) and the City of Pasadena Cultural Affairs Division.
