An example of how we use Be-There to share in the consumer experience using mobile technology. Here we are invited to the preparation of a traditional Turkish meal, from shopping to serving on the table, the approach allows us an intimacy not even traditional ethnography can provide.

As part of our Made For You proposal we have taken the opportunity to run a demonstration of our mobile qualitative approach for you. Members of our team acted as test respondents and, using their mobile phones, recorded their Drive-Thru and Takeaway experiences from service to food evaluation. Please note that Lena purchased Fillet-o-fish as she doesn’t eat beef.
This video has been edited to show short highlights of our test run, but for the formal study we would propose that the final film to be organised thematically to bring the final report findings to life.
