  3. Quodlibet! A german folk group from Mainz, "live in concert".

    Most of the musicians were students at the University of Mainz, Germany. The musicians played together as "Quodlibet" from 1979 to 1986 in varying formations, sometimes with up to seven musicians taking part in rehearsals, performances on the squares of Mainz, and in concerts.

    I am not sure where this tune comes from, maybe from Flandres. Maybe someone here on Vimeo send me the name and origin of this tune.

    Dieses Stück wurde damals gruppenintern "schwedischer Hochzeitstanz" oder "schwedischer Hochzeitwalzer" genannt. Eine wunderschöne Melodielinie. Den original Namen und die genaue Herkunft kenne ich aber nicht.

    Die Aufzeichnung ist von einem Konzert in Langenlonsheim im Jahr 1985.
