You will rotate the music back and forth between the sad and happy songs. A change will happen in your body and you will start to feel sad, almost depressed... and then all of a sudden you will be extremely happy.
Repeating this will help you get over any negative states that you are in and help you feel happier.
Habits are what make us who we are. They make up our very existence and are the determining factor with what we are going to amount to in our life.
If you aren't currently happy with where you are at in your life, it is because of your daily habits. To make a change, you need to identify what habits are holding you back and change them for habits that will help improve you.
