Lisa Marie Rollins is a writer and performer currently touring her comedic solo play, "Ungrateful Daughter: One Black Girl's Story of being Adopted into a White Family... that aren't Celebrities. Her most recent publications can be found in the anthology "Other Tongues: Mixed Race Women Speak Out" and her short chapbook of poems, "Splice". She will be sharing a story excerpted from her play about the the day she asked her mother, 'hey mom, when am I going to turn White?"
