This is the first Masters project I did at the Glasgow School of Art, 7 mins of pictures and we had to do something with it. In the words of my good friend Al Wright, the narrator in this tale, it was a heavy damager.
My narrative was based around three generations of a family born and bred on the Clydeside. It tells the tale of the decline of the Glasgow shipbuilding industry which was once referred to as the engine room of the British empire.
I wrote some of the music and sourced the rest (Ballad of the Q4 - Matt McGinn, The Unusual Suspects - Encore).
Bookeding the piece with music and dialogue i'm very proud of.
