Southern Worthersee (or SOWO as it is normally called) was quite the hike for me this year, as it was also my first year attending. This is the 6th annual show and it was by far the biggest. The attendees exceeded expectations with over 200% more preregistered cars than the previous year. The drive from PA for me was about 13 hours long but it was totally worth it. The town has all the unique architecture and surroundings you would expect straight out of a small town in Germany. If you got sick of the car show, there were plenty of other attractions in the town, such as tubing, feeding bears, traditional food and much more. The show was great, the venue was awesome, all the popular vendors were there in full force, and it was enjoyable to meet all the people I knew from the internet prior to going. I think this has stepped up to become my favorite show on the East Coast.
This year was my first full weekend experiencing the notorious H2o event that nearly all euro car owners knew and raved about. Despite the crappy (and when I say crappy, I mean, crappy) weather, it was still a fun time. Due to the weather being not-so-cooperative, I didn't get as much footage as I wanted to but I ended up with this as the end product. Enjoy!
