This is a story of one man's love for his car. David Duran has been driving his '87 BMW 325i for the last 20 years, it's his daily driver and his pride and joy. The E30 is considered by many as one of the finest BMW's ever made and has a huge following in the car scene worldwide. Dave's E30 is a classic example of keeping the dream alive, it looks as good today (if not better) than the day he got it and his dedication to the vehicle is quite humbling.
This is the first of many videos to come where I will be exploring cool cars and people's relationship to them. I'm currently working on more episodes and am looking for any interesting car stories. If you have one, I'd love to hear about it! You can contact me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you like Cars I See and would like to see more, please leave me a tip! All of my tips will go directly into producing more episodes. Thank you.
Many thanks to David Duran for giving me your time and sharing your story. Thanks to my friend Dennis Burnett for helping with second camera and some much needed encouragement, and to my fiance Jessica Little for help with graphics.
During our VW R32 G2G on Saturday, April 25, 2009: We drove over 230 miles through some beautiful country, on great roads, with some great new friends. The highlight of the road trip was a run through the famed Tail of the Dragon, on US129 - 318 turns in 11 miles. I was following VASTEVE. This was the run that Wagenwerks was filming of our group, thus the occasional log jams. This clip is pt 1, of the first run I shot & shows from our starting point at the Crossroads of Time to the TOD Overlook. I love how you can see the line of cars on the road through the trees on some turns. It was like being on an R32 rollercoaster. Sorry about the wind noise. Next time I'll have to try a wind sock of some kind. Enjoy, from RRRRR32.
SLOVWs 6th Annual Thanksgiving Drive had a great turnout. 12 Cars were present and about double that amount of people. Good times with friends who share a common love of driving :)

Video highlight of the NTPA truck and tractor pulling event event on July17th, 2009. This event featured multiple classes of pulling, including two wheel drive, semis, mini-mods, light super stock and super stock diesel.
I filmed this on location at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds in Troy, MO. Many thanks to the NTPA, Ross Bonar, Kaedon Berry, Rejeana Bonar and my wife Candace, for their help in making this video possible. I would also like to thank the fans, drivers and track crew, without whom, this event would have never taken place and I would never have been able to film it.
