Ant is a true London Geezer. Can’t say what age he is, I think the recent birthday was too painful! A big fan of Portobello Market and Chelsea Football Club, (why Ant, why?), he has now been making films for more than 10 years.

Ant started out going to the Chelsea and St Martin’s Schools of Art, became a DJ, (again, why Ant, why?), before getting into production running and graphic design.

Eventually, he teamed up with an old school mate and they got a job in Saatchi and Saatchi as a creative team. Ever ambitious, (and talented), he quickly became Group Head and the youngest member of the Board. His next stepping stone was to Creative Director of Chiat Day and then he remembered that the reason he’d started in advertising in the first place was to direct.

Ant has a very unique style of film-making. He loves a great idea, using a strong sense of visual and storytelling techniques to work with the brand and clients to create individual commercials that have a heart and impact. (In other words, he’s a clever clogs!)

Coming from both sides of the creative process, he understands clients very well, loves to get fully involved in the creative process, both to exploit the ideas contained in the script and to bring his unique interpretation to the party.

He is also partial to the odd night out, or two, preferably with good food. He’s currently working on a very interesting movie project that may shoot in Belfast, and following Chelsea’s progress, (is it progress at the minute?).
