My nephews have different tonalities of skin color, speak languages whose sounds range from the softest whisper to the rarshest sound of surfaces of bells.
I have four brothers and one sister spread out in three different continents and in five different cities.
The only time we gather and no one is missing is at the end of the year. Once a year... In Recife, where this little scrapbook of memories was shot: a witness to the moments of my brothers' sons and daughters. Glimpses of their childhood as well as a joyful retreat to my very own.
