This is the first video I made for, BoobooVonTronicus. I tried using plenty of quick edits to keep it lively. I had no idea what I was doing (and still don't) but knew I wanted it to be fast-paced. The only visual idea I had actually planned out was throwing some sort of object at the camera and playing back in reverse - in this case it was just black ribbons. Tracy, the singer, did a fine job of moving about and in a couple of takes it was all over. Filming time took less than an hour and all was finished in a couple of days. Budget: $0.
The second music video for , BoobooVonTronicus. Filmed entirely in my garage for about $40. I learned enough of Blender 3D in a couple of weeks to do the animated shots and took most of the pictures used for the live action backgrounds. I take particular pride in the cardboard robot costume (white robot soldier guy) I made from Pottery Barn boxes, black duct tape and some Tupperware lids. In all, it took a month of weekends to make.
