Shooting using the 5D Mark III. In post-production I'm using Adobe Premiere CS6 for online editing.
Mohammad Azmi, a 55-year-old former contractor, has dedicated his life to rescuing stray dogs and cats, despite living in a country where dogs, especially, are considered taboo, filthy and un- Islamic. The Muslims who care for dogs are usually frowned upon, let alone touch and feed them.
However for Mohammad Azmi, who is fondly known as Pak Mie, his love for these animals is unconditional, as he, with the help from his wife, splurge their savings on the stray animals by providing a shelter, food and medication on daily basis, apart getting donations from concerned citizens. To date, he has rescued more than a whopping 600 stray animals, a figure that no other licensed shelters have ever accommodated.
This also means that they have to lead a simple life; so simple that they sleep in the car parked outside the shelter that they built just to make sure that no one harms the animals during the night.
Pak Mie’s activity has however attracted the attention from the local council, which in the other hand, usually resorts to killing the strays instead of putting them at animal shelters.
Although Pak Mie knows that he will never get anything in return by sacrificing his normal life, he is hopeful that he will continue to do so until his last breath.

A pastiche of the films 'Le Casse' (youtube.com/watch?v=oEIN74GiSXQ) meets Leone's 'For a Few Dollars More' (youtube.com/watch?v=onjt2L2lDEY) and follow-up to last year's 'GH3 Demobbed' mini-epic review! All information and follow up details will be on personal-view.com shortly (Thee Filmmakers Community)
This is the first Independent (non commissioned) film to be released made on a Panasonic GH4!! Absolutely no sponsorship from Panasonic. My view is my personal-view :-) But I do rather love this camera. The perfect successor to the beautiful GH2.
Enjoy this GH4 shootout against a Canon 5DIII. Details appearing soon on personal-view.com. Plus my evaluation.

Peter Kesro is a surveillance researcher from the US, who left his position at a highly decorated facility back home to pursue his project of reflective surveillance, and pitch it to as many institutions as possible to fund his project. Now working at a different institution in Australia alongside another researcher, Bridgette, they barely convince their supervisor to fund their extensive research. As they develop the system, a number of unseen anomalies arise which causes a major accident. - vimeo.com/113354737
