It's not exactly as concise as how you laid it out below, but I pulled everything available related to those messaging points. I made a second edit of the "Choice" video, incorporating some of the "Vision" clips, plus some new ones. Here's how it plays out story wise:

    00: 05:12 - Establishes speed of home set & finishes already installed (kitchen)
    00:26:04 - Type of home and beauty of design
    00:48:12 - Factory controlled environment is better, can install foundation while home is being built
    01:10:14- Blu handles permitting + making decisions on finishes ahead of time
    01:30:08 - Less risk developing with Blu
    01:40:01 - Fixed cost of home
    01:54:07 - Choices + don't have to hire architect, engineers, etc. "all one package"
    02:06:20 - Appraised value higher than anticipated
    02:25:10 - Appraiser likes steel frame and quality finishes
    02:52:15 - Speed of being able to market and sell home
    03:08:09 - Plan on building more Blu Homes
