Transport Minister Gladys Berejiklian offers residents of North West Sydney ear muffs and movie tickets to compensate for noise during construction of the North West Shuttle.
Asked by Channel 9 how long it would take to get Sydney’s trains to run on time, the Minister says:
We envisage that a major turnaround program ... like reforming a major huge organisation like RailCorp can take anywhere... you know... three years and above.
