In February 2011, the five times world champions Fred Fugen and Vince Reffett from Soul Flyers were invited to Melbourne to provide advanced 3D coaching to some of Australia's leading Skydive athlete talent.
The goal of the Training camp and the production were:
1. To increase participation in our sport.
2. Provide greater pathways for our elite athletes.
Hopefully this video will give all that view it a different perspective of what skydiving can offer. Hopefully it will provoke some necessity to learn to fly in our wonderful three-dimensional environment- The Sky!

The new Mini Roadster press release video shot 90% on a Canon C300 and some shots with the trustee 5d mk2.
This was my first attempt with the C300 (literally picked it up on the way to the shoot). This video had to be shot and edited within a tight deadline and I was initially worried about workflow using Canon Log, so I bottled it and went for the EOS picture profile.
Since this shoot i have familiarized myself with Canon Log and pulling out the detail in post is superb.
The mic does pick up fan noise whilst attached to the camera though which could be a negative for some but fortunately for me and for my type of work i cant hear this over engine and exhaust noise.
So far the camera has been sweet and I cant wait for my next shoot using Canon Log.
