Part 2: initial planar projection, 'incisions', and a perfect unwrap of the Arm
By carefully projecting UVs and cutting UV edges (i'll call that 'incisions' since this is pelting!) we can divide the model into logical tube sections
We then use Face-Vertex selection to select the corners of the cylindrical section of the arm and use LayoutRectangle and Relax to get a perfect unwrap
All 5 parts to the process should take about 45 minutes on most models
