...and when I can't get to them this is the trail that I run to tide me over until I can get back into the wilderness.
Running in Luna Sandals on my favorite trail in Seattle. It's just a few blocks from my house on Capitol Hill. The trail is at Interlaken Park. This trail is also just a few blocks from the Luna Sandals factory. The first couple clips are from Volunteer Park which is on the way to the Interlaken Park. Volunteer Park is amazing too. That is where I met Barefoot Ted for the first time. Volunteer Park has become the stomping grounds for the Luna Sandals crew. For more info on Luna Sandals visit https://www.lunasandals.com
The song 'The Drive Home', is by the amazing band 'Bramble' of Salt Lake City. I love them! Please check them out at http://bramblemusic.com

Josue took me and Tom to one of his favorite training spots in Austin, TX. His training method is an awesome blend of natural movement; wilderness parkour, running, bouldering, climbing, and strength/endurance training with natural objects. You can call it whatever you want but there is no doubt that it is one of the funnest workouts I can imagine. Thanks for sharing Josue!
I decided at the last minute to try to film some of this. I wasn't really prepared and we didn't have much time so I didn't get the kind of quality filming I would have liked to, but this is what I got. Enjoy!
