This is the first video in a series about my health and fitness routines as an agoraphobic and semi-housebound hikikomori. These videos will be a part of the HealthyHikikomori.com website and cover reviews of exercise equipment, fitness gadgets, medical equipment, and - sometimes hilarious - demonstrations of all of those things by me. *grin* There may also be some video blogs/journals added to the site if I don't feel like writing.
Sorry about the quality and sound. Not the best but I don't have the epic skills of Laurence Willis in that regard. *grin*
DISCLAIMER: I am absolutely NOT the typical representation of an agoraphobic or fully hikikomori person. I have learned, over a nearly 15 year period, coping mechanisms, breathing techniques, and other methods of managing my condition without the use of medications. I also have extensive knowledge of, education in, and experience regarding psychology, neurology, and synesthetic neuro-management. I also have had an exceptional 24/7 support system for the past 18 years. Not everyone who suffers from agoraphobia or who is hikikomori can or will achieve the level of high functionality I have. My methods are not for everyone and are not meant to be, in any way shape of form, a replacement for medications or professional advice. The same can be said for any of my fitness routines or equipment recommendations.

Anthony thank you so so much for this great recommendation.
Between this and Dragons Lair I am really getting myself mauled and sweating big time.
