Mike is a great guy with a terrific attitude who suffered a heart attack and stroke. Since then he has worked with the EZIA medical team to rehabilitate himself and get back to enjoying his active lifestyle with his family. Mike has come a long way and continues to progress up our fitness levels. Mike is a testament to the fact that EZIA offers programs for EVERY ABILITY LEVEL, this quality of service is usually reserved for professional athletes. All you need to do is show up, we will do the rest.
Rainey is in the Corrective level in the EZIA ESP Program. This means she sees our Physical Therapists and a coach for integrated treatment. Rainey is a sweet young athlete that has suffered several injuries in her sport, injuries that have stalled her professional career. Rainey is determined and has a positive outlook and is committed to her personal improvement. We rehabilitated her knee after is was broken on the slopes, and now she is back on the training floor preparing to take her fitness to the next level, literally. Many people are injured, this is not a reason to stop training all together, it is time to get creative and work with your strengths as you nurse your weakness. EZIA has a program for every ability and fitness level, injured to professional, and everyone in between. All you need to do is show up, we will do the rest.
Gaelan is a fit young woman who is trying to pass from the Fit into the Active Level of our ESP Program today. She is a very "normal" 30 years old, and could use a little extra help in the motivational department. Not that she lacks the desire to be healthy and well, but sometimes work and life get in the way. Together we keep her focused on reaching her desired goals and we have a lot of fun doing it too. We are very proud of her ability to stick with her commitment to what she values most, health and fitness.
Being a woman requires a different approach in that the (weight), volume (sets), and overall requirements are not at the same intensity. We apply the same ESP training methodology with Gaelan that we do with our Professional athletes. She is training at a level that is appropriate for her ability level, while keeping her sights set on the next fitness goal on her horizon. Having clear cut and target goals really helps stay focused, progressing and engaged in the program.
Today we have Stacy coming in to test out of the Amateur (Red) Program and into the Professional (Black) Program. She is a 36 years old mom, a phenomenal athlete and has been training in our program for 3 years. We set a goal for all of our clients to do 30 workouts in 90 days. Stacy exceeds that goal every season!
Stacy says, "I had been doing my own fitness routine on and off with a group of women and just lost my motivation. I needed a bit more, so I started with EZIA for an extra kick! After 3 years, I'm STILL being challenged by the workouts and program, each and every work out. The minute you step through the door, the energy is contagious. It's alive and you feed off of that with every workout. The coaches really know what they are doing and they take care of you in every aspect. Outside of here, I have 2 children who run me ragged. If I were not training with EZIA... I couldn't keep up! The EZIA lifestyle is fun, it feeds you, it gives you energy and it's something you really want to share with your friends and family."
Pat has been training with us for almost 4 years. He is an amazing guy and a very competitive basketball player who played basketball at McGill University.
Pat says, "I've played competitive sports and been around gyms for most of my life. I thought I knew how to work out. More recently, I started thinking maybe there are some things I'm missing and not quite doing right. I decided I wanted to get more out of my workouts. After giving it a try, I was really surprised at the next level of knowledge and professionalism at EZIA. You may think you are in good shape, but then you go through one workout and you say 'Wow! I'm not nearly as fit as I thought I was'.
For a lot of guys who play sports, they think they don't need a coach or a trainer in a gym. I was really impressed and surprised by the way I was able to increase the productivity of my workouts, by having someone take me through it step by step and track my goals. If someone was skeptical about trying EZIA, I would say there is no harm in testing it out once. I have been here for a while and I will continue for the unusable future as well."
