Surf Ride would like to thank all the sponsors, teams, golfers, friends, Crossings staff members, and everyone that made it to the event. I think it was unanimous that everyone had a great time, and the event raised a substantial amount of money for the Groms, benefiting StandUp For Kids and Rady Children’s Hospital. A big shout out to Ezia Human Performance, Bull Taco and the Surf Ride crew for making the event happen.
We set up an Instagram photo contest during our Golf For Groms golf tournament, asking everyone to hashtag #surfridegolf for a chance at winning a iPhone #lifeproof case. This contest ended up being way more awesome than expected, garnering over 160+ photos from the tournament. Here is a collection of our favorites. Congrats to team SPY with their winning photo of their team jumping in the pond! flickr.com/photos/surfride/sets/72157629570747456/

For all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced! Every Saturday, we follow our ride with an EZ Stretch for Cyclists class. Where else in North County can you find that? We will have rides every Tuesday and Thursday with tires rolling at 6:30 AM sharp. These rides are in addition to our Saturday ride at 8 AM that we will follow with a EZ Stretch for Cyclists at 10:15 AM. Please keep in mind if it is your first time at EZIA, you will need to fill out a brief waiver and get acquainted with our facility, so please arrive at least 20 minutes before take off. (7:45am)
Thanks to Rook Productions, Petey and his team for filming Isaiah and Michelle showing off some sweet exercises for next year's line. We can't wait to see the red epic footage of their amazing skills in some hot Asics shoes!
At the end of every coaches meeting, EZIA Coaches play a game that you would have played in elementary school. Last week we played 'Duck Duck Goose' and today's game was 'Tug of War'. Reggie Bush watched from the side lines while taking a break from shooting for Everlast in the Human Performance Lab. Game On!
