NOTE: TRY TO TAKE YOUR TIME TO WATCH THIS VIDEO. GET THE BEST VOLUME AND LEAN BACK.
THE VIDEO SHOWS 7 DIFFERENT LIFES AT THE SAME TIME.
AMONG THEM A HONDA NSX DRIVING FROM FRANKFURT TO THE LEGENDARY GREEN HELL "NUERBURGRING".
EVERY INDIVIDUAL GET'S IN TOUCH WITH THE NSX. EACH WITH THEIR OWN PERCEPTION.
The time lapse shots were shot with the Canon 5D MKII (Tree on top of hill, Mono Lake push, Death Valley slider shots) and the Canon 1D MKIV (BMW astro time lapse.)
Duclos, Zeiss CP.2 and Schneider Cine Xenar PL lenses as well as Canon EF lenses were used. Kessler sliders and cranes were used for moco and time lapse.
The most difficult to appreciate is how compressed the footage becomes relative to the original at 1080p let alone 5K. I've gone ahead an put some high-resolution frame grabs on my blog as a result so that you can appreciate the full quality this camera produces. So check out this link to see frame grabs from the footage to get a better idea of the quality this camera produces: blog.vincentlaforet.com/2011/06/09/red-epic-5k-and-hdrx/

The biggest, loudest closest drift event in Europe returns on exceptional form with one of the best show-drift tracks designed. With 70mph entries, huge sweeping corners, jumps (yes - jumps), and walls to scrape - this was always going to be a lot of fun.
In the end, it turned into one of the best top 32's ever seen, and the standard of driving was gobsmacking. The event was comparable in atmosphere and skill to the RedBull world championship finals with Formula D last year - a testament to how hard JDM have worked on this event, and also how much the skill level has improved yet again within Europe.
Final results were:
1- Dan Chapman (PS13 - Driftworks / Touge Heroes)
2- Paul Vasblom (BMW E36 M3 Touring - DriftKing.nl)
3- Remmo Neizen (BMW E30 M3 (M5 V8) - Falken Tyres)
4- Pete Barber (RX-7 - Hayward Rotary)
5- Martin Ffrench (RX-7 - Dragon Performance / Touge Heroes)
Music - Al Clark & Jaguar Skills
