As part of the annual fest season in Athens, OH, CreMedia Productions LLC linked up with Dave Rave and Dominic Petrozzi to shoot the ever anticipated 8 Fest. Machine Gun Kelly, representing Cleveland, was the headline act for an audience pushing 15,000 eager OU students and visitors from all over the area.
This video is a compilation of footage taken during the hour long performance set to the track “Midwest Side” of MGK’s recently released mixtape “Lace Up.” My responsibility in the project was to coordinate cameramen, as well as edit the piece.
CreMedia Productions is back in the Athens hip hop music scene featuring Canton native Jean Pierre Johnson or “Jean P.” Jean P is about to release his newest mixtape, “Will Rap 4 Food,” and to accompany the release, CreMedia is proud to present the official music video for “Amir’s Song” featuring Jean P’s recently born son, Amir Johnson.
The video is a testament to the radically changed life of the young artist who expresses his optimism for the future and the importance of his son in his flourishing rap career. The video was shot in his apartment as his son wakes up for the day and the town of Chauncey, Ohio. We attempted to capture a serene and youthful environment through the use of a playground. Jean’s unique flow combined with a variety of locations make this video one of a kind, highlighting the unseen beauty in a broad array of circumstances encountered in the process of overcoming challenges and learning valuable life lessons. Follow Jean P as he continues down the path of a father and a musician.
Canton, OH emcee Jéan P releases the second visual for his latest project "Opposites Attract" with Virginia producer Lakim. The video centers around the Ohio University Sibs Weekend concert for which Jéan P was the opener.
Video produced by Hashtaghiphop in association with CreMedia.
Song produced by Lakim.
