Cityscape Chicago is a personal timelapse piece consisting of over 30,000 still photographs shot on the Canon 5D Mark III incrementally between July and October 2012 around downtown Chicago, Illinois.

The inspiration of this piece was my fascination with the city of Chicago, particularly at night. For me, there has always been a mysterious sort of feeling to Chicago at night, so I decided to explore and capture it.

The American military departs Heidelberg in 2013; it is an event that has impacted many individuals and families, American and German alike. This video captures the memories, experiences, and feelings of people that have been part of this community for many years and consider Heidelberg their home. The video provides a historical and emotive perspective on the closure of the Heidelberg American military facilities and its community.

  3. Shot with the full cooperation of http://nypl.org and their rad labs team https://twitter.com/nypl_labs. More weird videos at http://boltron.com. Seems like most likely the first drone ever flown inside the NY Public Library. If you haven't been there, go. Everyone in the video was involved in the shoot and lots of safety precautions were taken and no books were harmed in the making of this video. Shot with a DJI Phantom and both a Hero3 Black and an iPhone 5S. Slowed down with Twixtor in After Effects to make up for the glaring lack of a Gimbal.

Thanks to https://twitter.com/msh for coming up with the idea, https://twitter.com/riordan for touring us, and https://twitter.com/meikd, https://twitter.com/ryanchris, and https://twitter.com/gab for helping out. So much semi-autonomous quadcopter technology happening right now. Pretty sweet that they are small enough to take into a place like this and open up a new way of capturing images. And this is just the beginning.
