Boxheads was written and directed by Will Nicholls.
Will has been working in the film industry for the last seven years. Over this time he has worked in a very successful assistant directing team on many different types of commercials, including Cadburys drumming gorilla and all of T-Mobiles flash mobs in London. Will has also worked many music promos such as Coldplay and Duran Duran. During this time Will worked in crews of very talented individuals including Boxheads director of photography, Matt North.
Matt North (mattnorthdop.com) cut his teeth in the camera department on films as diverse as 'In The Loop" and "Greenzone" as well as hundreds of music promos and commercials. He learnt his trade working for some of the world’s best cinematographers including Chris Doyle HKSC and Jeff Cronenwerth ASC.
Boxheads was produced by Harry Cole. Harry conceived the original Boxheads concept. He has worked in Entertainment PR for over five years, working on popular films including: “There Will Be Blood”, “No Country For Old Men”, “Taken” and “The Hurt Locker”.
The music for Boxheads was written by Morgan Nicholls. Morgan is a successful musician and producer. He has previously toured with bands including the Gorillaz, Lily Allen and The Streets. For the last six years he has been hired by Muse as an extended band member for their live performances.
Chris Roebuck (chrisroebuckedit.co.uk) is an offline film editor and assistant editor working for commercial edit house Speade in Soho, London. Alongside assisting 2 of the top 10 commercial film editors in the country (Sam Sneade & Leo Scott) on big commercial campaigns, dramas and promos, he is regularly working on and cutting his own wide range of projects as a film editor.
