Mooji gently guides those at Satsang in Port Chester,New York, into the unassociated state of "Simply I Am". Some would call this a guided meditation; Mooji refers to this as being simply here in pure un-associated awareness. Mooji often says that the highest joy of the Being is to contemplate itself, so perhaps this could be called a 'guided comtemplation'.
