• Be able to analyze situational dynamics in a team or when walking with a small group
• Understand how to lead in any position within an organization
• Gain the tools to persuade team members to accept an idea or change of thought/methodology
• Build on the philosophy of creative leadership from the Start Module
The class is an extension of the Creative Leadership course taught during the Berlin School’s first module. Looking at organizations, industries and teams from a micro level instead of a macro level, participants learn how to break down the process of gaining leadership abilities when working with a group. Through the understanding that leadership comes with a mentality rather than a title, the tools are applicable for any position within a company. The class begins with an overview of the concepts, a review of the first module’s takeaways and then a half day breakdown of a case to see and understand persuasion through words, body language, attitude and reasoning. At the end of the course, participants receive a list of tools they can immediately use in their organization in order to pull a team together around a new idea.
