1. Desert Heat VF+/ was foaled May 5, 1994 … he earned his first National title in 1995 when he was named U.S. National Champion Yearling Colt … The titles kept coming until I had the honor of showing him to AAOTH Canadian National Champion in 2007; that was also the year that he retired from the ring. Heat earned a number of titles from 1995 through 2007 and he sired numerous champion offspring, but he was much more than just a superb show horse and wonderful sire … he was beautiful, he was big, he was impressive, and once you saw him in person he was unforgettable.

Although his time on Earth has passed, he will live on in our hearts forever. Desert Heat VF+/ 1994 - 2011

With or without spots, his get continue to wear roses year after year in both the Halter and Performance arena; if you had ever had the chance to see him you would have no problem understanding why.

The Color Of Fame's passing in 2011 left us heartbroken, but as the songs says, he will live forever, at least in our hearts. The Color Of Fame 1993 - 2011
