Although i don't ride Carnegie that often, i still have a lot of fun there. I had just got my KTM and i had to ride it. Since my house is all snowed in that time of year, i had to try it out at Carnegie. My KTM is more of a singletrack type bike, but still did fine. My friend Browning from work was game for the day and we set out on some fun stuff out there. I still am sort of out of my league out there. I can handle the technical stuff but hillclimbs there can be scary. It is actually scarier coming down then it is going up in my opinion. Just a fun day with a good friend.
This guy named Dave and his wife Barb like to put on these Dual Sport rides. Their company is called Dave's Adventure Cycles and well the rides are just that, an adventure. Too much fun to describe. I have to go on more of these rides. I put together this video to showcase some of the first 30 miles or so of the 60 total we rode. This was my first test run with my new GoPro HD3 Black Edition so i did not have an extra battery pack, etc. I did the whole Start Stop thing while recording and actually made it halfway through the ride. And since the first hour had quite a few stop and go overheat delays, i thought my one battery held up ok. I have two more batteries on order. Anyways, just wanted to say thanks to Dave and Barb for putting on rides like this.
