Most of this footage and stills was taken on this trip with some familiar clips I had taken on my first trip. Once again we were treated to the splendor of the Kimberley and of course the magnificent True North and it's amazing crew. It's something you must do if you ever get the chance. It is a trip of a lifetime.
For those interested in the gear used we had
2 x 5D Mk2, Canon 16-35mm f/2.8, 24mm f/1.4, 50mm f/1.2, 85mm f/1.2, 400mm f/5.6, TS-E 17mm f/4, 100mm Macro f/2.8, Manfrotto T/Pod, Monopod, Millars DS10, Rode mic's, MacBook Pro, Lee Filter kits, Grads, polarizers etc.
Christian and I found a couple of days spare to visit Karijini National Park in the North West of Western Australia after a shoot for Rio Tinto. We picked up a straggler in the form of Mark Stothard from northstarcruises.com.au
Christian, Mark and I braved the excessive heat and extremely dangerous conditions to capture some of Karijini's awesome beauty.
All types of equipment was used on those two days including, Canon 5D Mk2's, 1Ds Mk3's, Canon TS-E 24, TS-E 45mm tilt shift lenses, Canon 24mm, 50mm, 85mm, 300mm, 400mm etc.etc.
A special thanks to Matt at Canon and Ben at Team Digital for supplying some of the gear used in this production.
Christian is a bit slow so some of his amazing stills haven't reached his blog yet but keep tuned on christianfletcher.wordpress.com and christianfletcher.com.au
Music again was from "Passion" by Peter Gabriel.
The last and probably most widely known, in these parts anyway, Christian apart from being my twin brother is passionate about photography and being a leader in the craft that is creating a beautiful landscape image.
An inspiration to me and someone I can always rely on to capture the moment like no one else I have witnessed.
Christian has been involved with Form for a number of years now and is responsible for getting this group of photographers together for such an amazing journey
