1. Lucas & me, two landlocked friends, spent our summer in Indonesia exploring the islands, the culture and the surf. We got rewarded with a lifetime memory...

Find an old blog article for some more information about the movie here:

And then there is a little interview here (in German language only though):

    Thanks for watching!

  2. This is a production I have put together for my brother Christian who required something to showcase the ability of the 5D Mk2 to audiences eager to hear about his life behind the lens.

We were lucky enough to be teamed up together for another adventure on True North. northstarcruises.com.au

Most of this footage and stills was taken on this trip with some familiar clips I had taken on my first trip. Once again we were treated to the splendor of the Kimberley and of course the magnificent True North and it's amazing crew. It's something you must do if you ever get the chance. It is a trip of a lifetime.

For those interested in the gear used we had
    2 x 5D Mk2, Canon 16-35mm f/2.8, 24mm f/1.4, 50mm f/1.2, 85mm f/1.2, 400mm f/5.6, TS-E 17mm f/4, 100mm Macro f/2.8, Manfrotto T/Pod, Monopod, Millars DS10, Rode mic's, MacBook Pro, Lee Filter kits, Grads, polarizers etc.

Follow Christians Blog at christianfletcher.wordpress.com and our website christianfletcher.com.au for more info on us.

Also If you want to follow the adventures of True North look up Mark at truenorthmark.wordpress.com he's Da Mann when it comes to that boat. Tell him I sent ya.

  3. Christian and I found a couple of days spare to visit Karijini National Park in the North West of Western Australia after a shoot for Rio Tinto. We picked up a straggler in the form of Mark Stothard from northstarcruises.com.au

Christian, Mark and I braved the excessive heat and extremely dangerous conditions to capture some of Karijini's awesome beauty.

    All types of equipment was used on those two days including, Canon 5D Mk2's, 1Ds Mk3's, Canon TS-E 24, TS-E 45mm tilt shift lenses, Canon 24mm, 50mm, 85mm, 300mm, 400mm etc.etc.

A special thanks to Matt at Canon and Ben at Team Digital for supplying some of the gear used in this production.

Christian is a bit slow so some of his amazing stills haven't reached his blog yet but keep tuned on christianfletcher.wordpress.com and christianfletcher.com.au

Music again was from "Passion" by Peter Gabriel.
    (Thanks Pete)

  4. All of this footage was shot at Wyadup Rocks 10 minutes south of Yallingup in the Southwest of Western Australia. It was a beautiful evening with awesome clouds and the odd bolt of lightning.

I was shooting with my brother Christian. He was taking stills and I was shooting vid all with the Canon 5D mk 2 and various Canon lenses ranging from 24mm f/1.6 to 400mm f/5.6.

One of Christians stills features on this video. You can see more at christianfletcher.wordpress.com or christianfletcher.com.au

  5. The last and probably most widely known, in these parts anyway, Christian apart from being my twin brother is passionate about photography and being a leader in the craft that is creating a beautiful landscape image.

An inspiration to me and someone I can always rely on to capture the moment like no one else I have witnessed.

Christian has been involved with Form for a number of years now and is responsible for getting this group of photographers together for such an amazing journey
