In November/December 2011, Ben Marr, Rush Sturges, Tyler Bradt and expedition leader Steve Fisher ran successfuly the first descent of the infamous Inga Rapids - known as the world's biggest rapids - located on the Congo river, in the Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa.   5. There has always been one California run in particular that has stood out in my mind. The Royal Gorge of the North fork of the American river. This is a story of my exploits down the river over the past 6 years. My goal was to be the first to run all 5 of the major falls on the river in one trip. Balancing skill, luck, and sanity I was able to pull this feat off 2 years in a row! Enjoy the story of the Royal Flush!
