  4. Back by popular demand, announcing the re-launch of our online course steps on the path of MEDITATION. This round, we have slowed the pace down a bit, and extended to 8 weeks, to give you everything you need to know to have a powerful, productive meditation experience. We give you the chance to choose your level of participation, and have added resources for teachers who want to bring more meditation into their public asana class, or to teach meditation series.
